Trying To Be More Intentional
My word for 2022, was deliberate which aligns well with being intentional. I wanted to be more deliberate with the opportunities I choose, the items I create, and just life in general. It’s no secret that I love stationery that is pretty with a purpose! If you have to make a to-do list or take notes they should be pretty right?
In case you missed it, I recently checked in with everyone for their word of the year. We gotta hold one another accountable, it’s what a Girl Gang is for! We’ve got your back.

Daily Intentions
Do you set daily intentions? My friend Rachel does and after reading this blog post on her habit of “Morning Pages”, I’m thinking I might need to add this concept to my morning routine. In essence, she takes a few minutes each morning to set the tone for her day by writing down:
▪️An Affirmation;
▪️Daily Goals;
▪️What She’s Grateful For; and
▪️Who She’s Sending Happiness To/Praying For

It’s a short and sweet exercise, but a great way to start the day. I truly think it can help me to be more deliberate in my day-to-day life. It also helps to set the tone and mood for each day. It can help to get you organized and prepared to take on the day. Could be especially useful for my fellow work-from-home (and work from bed!) friends.
Or if you are new to journaling and simply looking for inspiration I also share monthly journal prompts over on Instagram. That being said, I’m definitely going to give Morning Pages a try – what about you? Let me know your thoughts in the comments!
Stylishly Yours,
Kalyn
